    Unhappy Key error

    Can someone help me, I keep getting an error message when I enter the key, I am using the exact one that was emailed to me. Is there a way to request another key?

    The Beta is over, the keys that were emailed out are no longer valid. You must register your game with the Key on the back of the Instruction Manual that comes with the retail release of FFXIX.
